About as good as it gets. Excellent kitchen remodeling. Could not be happier with both product and service. Had a complete 50 year old kitchen replaced. Down to bare walls and back up to a show piece. Added and island and ceiling lights as well as floor tile. Even had laundry room resurfaced. Employees were excellent craftsman and very friendly. All trash was removed and when job was completed we had nothing to do but enjoy it.

This is my first Yelp review, as I was inspired to write one after working with the team at Cabinet Magic. Hopefully this is payback to all the Yelp reviews I myself benefit from and the time investment from people who write them.
I obtained quotes from 3 different companies and decided on Cabinet Magic because 1) the price 2) the reviews I read online were good 3) I like to support local businesses. After the quote, my husband wasn't ready to pull the trigger on the budget yet, so I asked Lila, the sales rep, to check in with me again in 6 months. She followed up to the date, but was not the least aggressive about closing the sale. By that time, we were ready to go. Lila came out again to confirm the details and I showed her a photo of the look I was going for. It was different than current trends and ended up taking some work to make fit with our initial quote. However, Lila called different companies and brought me several samples to make sure that I was happy with the choice. I initially thought I would resurface the cabinets, but it ended up being a better decision to rebuild entirely and they made the cost difference manageable. Any question I had, Lila would respond back literally within the hour. I repeatedly heard, "we want to make sure you love your kitchen." I'm guessing it must be their mission statement because they did not give up on finding the right material for me and it took several months. Because it took so long, they then had to rush the build so I have the kitchen done before the year end. I appreciated that since it really wasn't their fault it took longer.
Antonio worked with us on the design. He came up with a new design for the island that makes it more functional. He made sure again, that we were completely happy with the layout. He even had all the cabinets installed and waited on the island to make sure the dimensions worked in real life, and that meant he had to rush his builders to have it built the next day. The level of professionalism and attention to detail embodies everyone who works there.
Freddie did the installation on the cabinets and he is a perfectionist. I really appreciated that he took the time to make sure they were perfect. And having someone in your home for so many days, he was a pleasure to work with. The cabinets are very streamlined and any imperfection in how they are hung would have looked exaggerated because there is nothing to distract from the straight lines. So while a more complicated project, Freddie did a perfect job and I'm very grateful.
The countertops were last, and a few days later I noticed a scratch on one of them. I called Antonio and he had the guys out to fix it. Unfortunately I was unhappy with how it was buffed out because you could see the lines when the light reflected on it. I emailed Antonio and he had the guys out again. They ended up taking the countertop off the island to try and buff out in their shop where they could use more water in the process. That didn't solve it, so they ended up giving me an entirely brand new piece! Wow, how's that for exceptional service?!
My kitchen is done and Cabinet Magic made sure that I LOVE my kitchen. It came out exactly how I wanted. I didn't have to settle on one thing. And it's more functional, love all the drawers and how deep they are, and the soft close hinges on everything. It's perfect.

I am completely happy with my Cabinet Magic experience. They were responsive to my needs and made me feel as though they cared. Antonio and everyone else weren't satisfied until I was. When I changed my mind or added features even at the 11th hour, Cabinet Magic was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Every one of their workers was professional, experienced, hardworking, and personable. After witnessing all the labor of love that goes into remodeling a kitchen, I felt their prices were very reasonable. It all turned out better than I imagined!
I believe some customers may have experienced an unethical contractor who is the one who made it "look" like he was Cabinet Magic. When I complained to Cabinet Magic about him they sent a harshly worded e-mail to that contractor, and that's when I understood they were 2 distinctly different entities - night and day different. After I was able to unload that nightmare of a contractor and deal directly with Cabinet Magic my kitchen remodeling experience went smoothly as these sorts of things can.
My cabinets are beautiful inside and out. My friends rave about how the self-closing
doors/drawers. The pull out drawers in the pantry and those I added to cabinet also glide so smoothly. Now I can actually see what's in my cabinets and will be able to better inventory what I have.I love the quality of my custom made cabinets. I wanted hand-painted cabinets, but had no idea how much work was involved in that. When they were first installed my kitchen smelled of fresh wood. The cabinets were subsequently primed and painted which took about 3 days to tape them up and paint them perfectly. The end product is a beautiful, smooth finish. I was surprised at every turn how much work it all was and how the workers all took pride in their craftsmanship. For example, my floor was uneven, so it needed extra cement underneath in order to make it perfectly smooth for which Ivan had to run out to buy after an already long day.
What I now know is Cabinet Magic is YOUR contractor; you definitely do not need anyone else complicating things. I had hired my own plumber to install gas and water lines. Ultimately, Cabinet Magic had to work around and modify the cabinets to get around my plumber's work. It would have been easier, better, and more cost efficient to go directly through Cabinet Magic for ALL services related to the remodel. Once I figured that out, they we're able to conveniently move around my electrical to adapt to my new layout and turned my old garbage disposal switch into a light switch for a light they put in above my sink. Regardless of headaches because of problems that popped up out of CM's control, everyone was always positive and able to problem-solve.

I scheduled an in home visit to receive a quote for a Kitchen remodel and Bathroom remodel. Mark came to my home and asked plenty of questions regarding my Ideas and needs for the remodel. He provided excellent input, Measured and gave me background on his Company and the Quality of the product they provide. Within days I was emailed a Proposal with every item to be done broken down and explained. I have been dealing with different companies and people while going through this getting quotes process. Cabinet Magic and Mark Surpassed all my expectations from my first call to make appointment to the proposal and follow-up. Unfortunately the quote was above my budget. But I wanted to leave a review because Excellent Customer Service is hard to find these days and it should be recognized when a company provides it.

What a great experience. My new updated kitchen has all my friends jealous. We had our kitchen cabinets redone and I could not be happier. The Cabinet magic staff was very up front and honest. Their show room has a large variety of options. The staff was able to help guide me to the perfect setup. They answered all my questions I had and delivered on all their promises. The workers that showed up to my house (on time by the way) were very nice and polite. This company is very professional and it shows in the work they do. I highly recommend cabinet magic. When we decided to remodel our 1930 Craftsman kitchen, we knew it would be a big job. We had to gut the entire room to studs, remove a wall, all new electrical, plumbing, gas lines, custom cabinets and countertops, etc. Our friends advised, "be prepared to take twice as long as quoted, and cost twice as much". I am thrilled to report that our kitchen was FINISHED within the time quoted. Every crew that came were professional and of highest quality. They cleaned up after themselves every day! And we finished on budget...which was a really big deal to me!! Our sincerest thanks to owner Mark Nubani, project manager Antonio Marquez, production coordinator Joie Salto (who kept us well informed), and the entire CM team who gave us our dream kitchen. 5 stars well deserved!

I highly recommend Cabinet Magic for anyone interested in a kitchen remodel! We contracted with Cabinet Magic to create our dream kitchen in 2015. They offered a same day appointment which is when we met Lila, who was amazing. Having met with many other remodeling companies, we were growing tired of the design and sales "process." Some only offered "standard" sized cabinets, some offered custom ... but cost an arm & a leg.
Lila offered us a vision of our dream kitchen, and worked very hard to ensure we got the customization we wanted but for a budget we could afford. In fact, special kudos to Lila and her Management team for working hard to give us a great deal on a great kitchen. The ordering and manufacturing process was well managed (by Antonio), and the installation was incredible (kudos to Carlos, their master cabinet installer!). Everything was made custom for us, as a result we were able to maximize the storage and cabinet space in our kitchen. Pullouts, soft close drawers, lazy susan, beautiful (9ft) island with seating ... you name it, they made it happen. Even the staining was done "in home" to ensure nothing was scratched in transit and that all shading looked the way we wanted.
Having gone through a previous kitchen remodel at our old home 10 years ago, which didn't go well, you can imagine our concern with going through yet another kitchen remodel. I am very happy to say that Cabinet Magic was the RIGHT decision and I would highly recommend them for any kitchen project you are considering.
